Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Lnkr collects, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

1. Data we collect

• Google account data: name, email and unique identifier, obtained when signing in with Google.
• Your page content: the username, HTML and CSS you save.
• Technical data: standard server access logs, for security and diagnostics.
• Browsing data: with your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, traffic source, device type and approximate location data. This is statistical data, not used to identify you individually.
• Access logs: the account email, IP address, browser and date/time of each sign-in and each change to your page. Kept as required by article 15 of Brazilian Law 12,965/2014 (Internet Civil Framework).

2. What we use this data for

• Authenticating you and maintaining your account.
• Publishing your public page at the address you choose.
• Displaying the ads that fund the service.
• Measuring use of the site in order to improve it.
• Preventing abuse and complying with legal obligations.
• Meet the log retention required by law and investigate abuse.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with providers necessary to operate the service: Google (authentication and Google Analytics) and our advertising network. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep your session authenticated, and another to remember your cookie choice. The advertising network that funds the service writes its own cookies and identifiers when serving ads, according to its own policy. Google Analytics, by contrast, is only loaded if you accept in the notice shown on your first visit; until you accept, that script is not even sent to your browser. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and clearing the site's cookies brings the notice back.

5. Your rights

You may, at any time, edit or delete your page content from the dashboard, or request complete deletion of your account and associated data via the support email in the footer. You may also request access to, correction of, or portability of your data.

6. Retention

We keep account data for as long as the account is active. After deletion, we remove personal data within a reasonable period, with one exception: access logs are kept for the statutory retention period, at least 6 (six) months, even if the account is deleted — the law requires it, and deleting them along with the account would make the retention pointless.
