1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Lnkr. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to them. If you disagree with any point, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

Lnkr lets you create and publish a personal page of links at your own address. The service is free and is funded by advertising shown on your public page and in parts of the site. There is no charge, subscription or paid plan. Should that change, these terms will be updated and you will be notified beforehand.

3. The account

Access is exclusively via your Google account. You are responsible for keeping control of that account and answer for everything published with it, including acts by third parties you have given access to. Each account is entitled to one public address, unique and non-transferable. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms; if you are a minor, use depends on authorisation from whoever holds legal responsibility for you.

4. Content and responsibility

The content you publish is YOURS and your SOLE responsibility. Lnkr is only the technical means that hosts and displays it: it does not create, pre-review, endorse or answer for that content, to you or to third parties. You declare that you hold all rights required over what you publish, including copyright and image rights.

You must not publish, among others:

• illegal content, or content encouraging unlawful activity;
• material infringing third-party rights, including copyright, trademark and image rights;
• hate speech, incitement to violence, harassment or threats;
• sexual content involving minors, in any form;
• malware, phishing, scams, pyramid schemes or any fraud;
• sale of goods or services prohibited by law;
• spam, deceptive redirection, or use of the service to manipulate search engines;
• attempts to bypass the service's technical limits, overload it, or access other accounts' data.

For safety, all HTML and CSS you submit passes through a filter that removes scripts, events and interactive elements: your page is always purely static. That filter is a technical measure, not a content review, and it does not transfer any responsibility for what you publish to Lnkr.

5. Suspension and termination

Lnkr may, AT ANY TIME, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, remove content, suspend or terminate any account and release the associated public address, with or without stated cause. This includes, but is not limited to, breach of these terms, court order, third-party notice, risk to the operation, or prolonged inactivity. As the service is free, no refund or compensation of any kind arises from such measures.

You may close your account whenever you wish, via the dashboard or the support email. Closing it takes your page offline; access logs are kept for the period set out in clause 9.

6. No warranty and no availability guarantee

The service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Lnkr DOES NOT GUARANTEE that the service will be available uninterrupted or error-free, that data will be preserved, that your page will remain reachable, or that faults will be fixed within any timeframe. There is no service level agreement. Lnkr may change, limit, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time, including permanently.

Keep your own copies of what you publish. Lnkr is not a backup service and may lose data without that creating any obligation to compensate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lnkr and whoever operates it are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, data loss, lost opportunity, reputational harm, or loss arising from unavailability, error, intrusion, content removal, account termination or discontinuation of the service. This limitation applies even if Lnkr was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms removes rights the law recognises as non-waivable, including consumer protection rights where applicable. If any limitation above is held invalid, it will be reduced to the minimum necessary to become valid, and the rest remains in force.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Lnkr and whoever operates it harmless from any claim, proceeding, loss, damage, fine or expense (including legal fees) arising from content you published, from your use of the service, or from your breach of these terms or of third-party rights.

9. Access logs

To comply with the law and allow abuse to be investigated, Lnkr records, on each sign-in and on each change to your page, the account email, the originating IP address, the declared browser and the date and time. These records are kept for at least 6 (six) months, in line with article 15 of Brazilian Law 12,965/2014 (Internet Civil Framework), and may be disclosed under a court order or a request from a competent authority. 10. Reporting content

If you find illegal content on the platform, or content infringing your rights, write to the support email shown in the footer, giving the page address and the reason. Reports are reviewed and content may be removed, without this implying any duty to pre-monitor everything published.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may change at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it; if you disagree, close your account.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. FILL IN BEFORE PUBLISHING: state here the chosen venue (judicial district and state) for disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's home venue where the law so requires.
